AGM & Branch Night @ The Premier Inn
Feb 3 @ 7:15 pm – 9:45 pm

Please note that this months meeting will be held at the Premier Inn at Twigworth adjacent to our old meeting place ‘The Oakwood’

We have hired a room so that we can hold our annual general meeting, this is necessary as we need to discuss our branch business in private which is something we cannot do at the Aviator

The room we have hired will the same as where we had the two talks given by our old chairman Jim

You may not be aware but the Norton Owners Club has been forced to become a limited company due to threatened legal action against us from one of the main spare parts dealers, we need to have a discussion as to where Branches such as ours stand and what action we need to take, in addition  we also need to sort out what activities we can undertake this year ( runs, taking part in new shows etc)

Malvern Festival of Transport @ Three Counties Showground
Apr 5 @ 8:45 am – 2:45 pm

This will be our first main event for 2020 and will be possibly the only Malvern show we attend as a branch this year, so if you would like to join us for the day please contact us via the website

Last years October show was not in the usual halls but in a smaller hall further back from the main road.  This was an absolute shambles with the hall itself providing insufficient space thus rendering a decent display of the bikes at this show  impossible

Invitation from the VMCC for a Days Bimbling & Lunch @ J & S Accessories
Apr 8 @ 10:30 am – 3:30 pm

The runs will be on the first Wednesday of every month

The run will start from outside J & S Accessories premises on the Meteor Business park at SStaverton

The Blood Riders Bike Festival 2020 at Prescott @ Bugatti Owners Club
Jul 18 @ 8:30 am – Jul 19 @ 4:30 pm

This has now become a two day event and Colin has arranged for us to be in the paddock again, there are no rides up the hill on Saturday but there will be other attractions to look at on the Saturday

Please arrive before 9.00 on the Sunday

For those wishing to stay over for both days a camping area will be designated plus a live band in the evening

Drive/Ride it Day
Apr 25 all-day

We ought to be considering this event for next year and organise a branch run so thinking caps on

The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs introduced Drive it Day in 2005 with the aim of getting the nation’s transport heritage out on the roads and seen by the public. Since then, the national celebration of Historic Vehicles has successfully increased public awareness of the historic vehicle movement whilst bringing a sense of togetherness to the thousands of owners and enthusiasts who attend events and runs up and down the country. Those events, held by over 500 member organisations and clubs that make up the Federation’s membership, are as varied as the vehicles taking part and often include Drive Outs, Rallies, and meetings at local beauty spots or historic sites.
